Terms of Use
Effective 18 October 2026. Daily Task 1 is a private personal or trusted-household task organizer operated by Salman Naseem / SoftTruf. By using it, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully, protect your credentials, and do not attempt to access another person’s data or abuse the authentication and synchronization infrastructure. The initial owner controls access to the account.
Ownership and license
You retain your rights in the tasks you create. The application’s interface, original software and branding remain with their respective owner. A limited, revocable permission to use this service does not transfer intellectual property.
Credentials, recovery and backups
You are responsible for a strong account password, the recovery code shown once, the local PIN, and independent encrypted exports. Cloud synchronization is not an independent backup. If the password and recovery code are both lost, encrypted data may be permanently inaccessible.
Service and providers
Cloudflare Pages and D1 provide hosting and encrypted-event storage. Internet, browser storage, availability and quota limits apply. Offline work requires previous device provisioning and may be lost if device storage is cleared or fails.
Changes, access and availability
The app may change, become unavailable or require maintenance. Deleted tasks retain encrypted tombstone/history events for synchronization; they are not immediately erased from D1. Contact the operator about account-level deletion or data requests. No uninterrupted-service or no-data-loss warranty is promised.
Liability and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by law, this service is supplied as-is without guarantees of suitability, continuity or data preservation. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or legal liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
